Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cash management and trade settlement operations
  • Liaise with custodians, fund managers, and counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlement processes
  • Monitor and report failed trades
  • Process settlement instructions, funding, and repatriation instructions
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Manage fee and charge reconciliation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in custody and settlement within the banking or financial services industry is required. Familiarity with capital markets, custodial operations, settlement procedures, and trade life cycles across stock exchanges custody and depository operations, corporate actions, and relevant stock exchange and regulatory guidelines is essential.

A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across internal and external teams is necessary. Proficient in both English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external Chinese stakeholders is an added advantage.
