Operate Passenger Transport Services

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bus Captain to operate our passenger transport services on scheduled routes and timetables, ensuring safe and reliable journeys for passengers.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and operate buses on assigned routes, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular checks on bus controls and onboard equipment to ensure vehicle readiness and minimize downtime.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting disabled or elderly passengers, and responding to passenger inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to manage crisis situations in emergencies or accidents, and participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE "O" or "N" Level education, or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid Class 3A/3/4A/4 driving license with a minimum of 1 year driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to withstand the demands of driving a bus over extended periods.
