Job Title: Bus Captain

We are seeking a reliable and professional driver to operate a 23-seater bus for our transport operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, punctual, and efficient transportation of passengers while adhering to company standards of safety, courtesy, and service quality.

This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations for charter school shuttle and corporate transport services. We strive to create an inclusive work environment and welcome applications from seniors and mature workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a 23-seater bus in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and cleanliness.
  • Transport passengers according to scheduled routes, charters, and ad hoc assignments.
  • Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of passengers at designated points.
  • Maintain proper passenger discipline and enforce relevant safety policies.
  • Provide courteous assistance to passengers, including elderly and children when boarding/alighting.
  • Report incidents, accidents, or vehicle defects promptly to the operations team.
  • Keep accurate trip logs and records as required.
  • Cooperate with dispatchers, operations supervisors, and clients to ensure seamless daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence.
  • Hold a valid Bus Driver's Vocational Licence issued by LTA.
  • Minimum 2 years' driving experience with medium buses preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
  • Physically fit with good eyesight and hearing.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
  • Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
  • Prior experience in school bus shuttle service or chartered transport operations will be an advantage.
