TRANS-ASIATIC TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support in financial and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, statements of accounts, and sending payment reminders to customers. They will also verify invoices and supporting documents for processing payments. Additionally, they will check and process staff claims, perform general office duties, including filing and data entry, handle phone calls, and assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and other correspondence.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a related field. You should be able to work independently, be meticulous, pro-active, and a team player. Good learning attitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential skills for this position.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
