Key Role in Sales Team

A vital team member working closely with sales managers and customer service personnel to provide exceptional technical support.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-level technical customer support, aligning customer needs with company capabilities by developing account strategies.
  • Communicate and manage all customer process and package roadmap strategies effectively.
  • Coordinate factory/customer technical projects, serving as the primary point of contact for new quality/reliability programs.
  • Communicate new customer technology requirements to relevant business units.
  • Support sales managers and the sales team to increase market share and improve customer profitability through technical assistance.
  • Develop, deliver, and design technical presentations for customers.
  • Implement change notices and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and participate in audits and factory visits with customers to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in assembly process of semiconductor production.
  • Proficiency in wire bonding and knowledge of DOE, reliability requirements, material selection, FMEA, failure analysis, and other quality and statistical tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills for daily customer support and managing ongoing and future programs.
  • Relevant technical experience within the semiconductor industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups and work independently as a team player with customers and cross-functional teams.
