Job Description

  • This is a senior quantity surveyor role that requires a high level of expertise in electrical engineering, building services, and construction management.">
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenders, evaluating quotations, and compiling cost estimates.">
  • They will also need to liaise with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and compliance with technical specifications and project timelines.">
  • Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for preparing tender submissions and contract documents, including bill of quantities, datasheets, and technical proposals.">
  • They will also conduct cost analysis for projects and maintenance works, including value engineering to optimize project designs and construction methods.">
  • Other responsibilities include assisting solution vendors, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards, and supporting marketing material updates.

Requirements

">
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Quantity Surveying is essential.">
  • The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in QS for Electrical & ELV systems.">
  • Familiarity with Singapore construction and M&E industry practices, as well as tendering portals such as Gebiz, is required.">
  • Candidates should have strong negotiation and sales skills, as well as experience with budgeting, construction management, and bidding.
