Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate production and manpower schedules to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to facilitate supervision for quality and process control.
  • Implement and write reports for rework, scrap/loss disposal, process deviation, process validation, new process, and change in process.
  • Develop and implement process flow structure and chart for compilation of process capacity and ability records.
  • Prepare and implement work improvement programs to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in engineering operations and a proven track record of implementing process improvements. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
