We're looking for a skilled and ambitious Senior Risk Professional to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe role of Senior Risk Professional is to provide independent assurance over the effectiveness of Citi's risk management processes. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and reporting on risks that could impact the firm's objectives.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across various lines of defense to ensure that risk management practices are aligned with the firm's overall strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining risk assessment frameworks and methodologies
- Conducting risk-based audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Providing recommendations to mitigate or manage risks
- Collaborating with internal audit teams to ensure effective risk management practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
