Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Poll Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pool facilities, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with their pool-related needs, including towel and locker management
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area, including deck chairs, cabanas, and umbrellas
  • Ensure the safety of guests and staff at all times
  • Provide proactive service and assistance to guests, soliciting feedback to improve our services
  • Cordinate with the IRD team to provide a high level of service at the pool
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar setting
  • Strong customer awareness and focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Able to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to swim and possess valid Standard CPR and AED certification
