About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for each guest.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our skincare products, their features, and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma or equivalent level of education.
  • Additional education in a relevant field or extensive knowledge in beauty and skincare products is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales, or FMCG industry.
  • Sales driven and proactive.
  • Team player with a positive mindset and pleasant disposition.
