As a skilled spa professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments and services to valued clients. Your primary objective is to ensure that all bookings are made in an efficient and productive manner, maximizing opportunities while providing excellent customer service.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Delivering spa treatments to the highest standard.
  • Managing treatment areas and maintaining presentation standards.
  • Ensuring stock levels are maintained and following guidelines.
  • BUILDING POSITIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS with the team and management.

Requirements:

  • Able to learn new programs quickly and accurately.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Availability to work on weekends/public holidays.
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and hardworking demeanor.
