Spa Therapist Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments and massage therapy to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client appointments in a timely manner and keep them informed of any changes or updates to their schedule.
  • Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assess each client's comfort level and tailor services accordingly.
  • Adhere to high professional standards in dress, grooming, language, and lifestyle at all times.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service delivery.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment by performing tasks such as restocking supplies, cleaning treatment rooms, and assisting with bookings.
  • Familiarize yourself with various body care and skin treatments, including but not limited to, body massages, facials, and body scrubs/wraps.
  • Demonstrate a high level of energy and adaptability, thriving in fast-paced environments.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques, and skincare principles.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive motions and stand for long periods.
