Duties and Responsibilities

This role involves leading and supervising a team of maintenance professionals in DTL signalling. Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Planning, organizing, and executing scheduled maintenance activities;
  • Leading a team of maintenance professionals to ensure timely completion of tasks;
  • Ensuring good coordination and fast response on failures;
  • Conducting regular safety inspections and audits;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements

  • A local diploma in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or Information Technology;
  • Strong planning, organizing, and people skills;
  • Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills;
  • Prior experience in Railway Signalling is an added advantage;
  • Able to supervise maintenance teams and work with people at all levels.
