Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Estimation and Accuracy: Verify and ensure the accuracy of project cost estimates and specifications for all maintenance works, including Cyclical, Additions & Alterations, and Improvement Works.
  • Tender Administration: Prepare, call, and administer tenders for routine maintenance works, services, and supplies.
  • Contractor Selection: Provide advice on the selection of suitable contractors/specialists for routine maintenance works, services, and supplies.
  • Budget Monitoring: Monitor maintenance budget and prepare progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met and payments are made promptly to contractors/suppliers.
Requirements
  • Education: Recognized university degree in Estate Management/Building or recognized qualifications.
  • Experience: Good experience in maintenance contracts.
  • Skills: Good team player, good problem solver, ability to multitask, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and SAP.
