IT Infrastructure Manager Job Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure manager to oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of our company's network systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of all ICT services and systems, whilst maintaining service continuity.
  • To manage data centre operations and coordinate server room tasks to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • To collaborate with teams and vendors on infrastructure projects and enhancements, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • To identify, report, and resolve infrastructure issues in a prompt manner, working closely with service providers.
  • To handle procurement processes and vendor relationships, ensuring effective budget management.
  • To contribute to application systems and architecture governance to ensure sustainable operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in enterprise ICT infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of network/server technologies and infrastructure security practices.
  • Experience in data centre operations, vendor management, and networking principles.
  • Familiarity with government IT infrastructure is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
