Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Mixologist. This position is ideal for an individual with a passion for mixology and customer service.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of cocktails, wines and other beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new cocktail recipes and menus, working closely with the Head Mixologist to ensure that the bar offerings are of the highest quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure efficient and timely service, providing recommendations to guests on food and beverage pairings.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior mixologist in a luxury hotel or high-volume bar, with a strong focus on mixology.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation and spirits.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
