Job Description

We are looking for a talented Data Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting game and features performance tracking, monitoring and evaluating product launch performance, generating ideas for product improvement, and assisting in game and features release coordination.

  • Conduct game and features performance tracking; monitor and evaluate product launch performance
  • Generate ideas for product improvement
  • Assist in game and features release coordination, including the development of feature decks and setting guidelines, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), budgeting, and preparing of market launch plans
  • Conduct AB testing coordination
  • Analyse trends to find best practices and drive efficiencies for the games business
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline
  • A keen sense of logic to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
  • Performance driven, detailed-oriented and a team player
  • Independent problem solver with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Shopee Games is a plus
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
  • Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply

Salary: SGD $4,000 - $5,500 per month
