Job Description

Fixed Income Trade Operations Professional

  • Supports the investment process by providing operational service to internal and external business partners.
  • Prepares daily production work and supporting documentation in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Monitors functions necessary for trade settlement and ensures accurate records.
  • Responsible for post-trade processing, foreign exchange funding, collateral management, loans, and derivatives activities.
  • Analyzes reports and determines appropriate action to resolve exceptions between internal and external systems.
  • Identifies business risk and escalates to senior associates.
  • Researches and analyzes investment vehicles and client information to resolve issues.
  • Directly engages with trading teams and assists with The Capital System investment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in trade settlement and operations within fixed income and derivatives.
  • Working knowledge of securities and investment operations.
  • Ability to apply knowledge to work assignments and understand financial industry processes.
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft, and other business applications.
