Job Title

This is a senior role for an experienced digital programme lead responsible for delivering key agency digital initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale digital programmes with preferred experience in insurance, financial services, or sales-driven businesses. They will possess strong leadership and coordination skills, ability to influence across business and technical teams, and resilience under ambiguity.

The ideal candidate will have a structured and disciplined programme delivery mindset, strategic foresight to anticipate risks and map interdependencies, and excellent communication skills including visualisation of progress and impact.

  • Programme Governance & Stakeholder Alignment — Define roles, drive sprint cadences, and ensure alignment across workstreams with clear accountability and decision-making authority.
  • Integrated Delivery Planning & Risk Management — Develop and manage the integrated delivery plan for agency-driven digital platforms, coordinating timelines, resources, and interdependencies. Identify delivery risks early and lead mitigation planning with cross-functional partners.
  • Delivery Partner and Vendor Management — Collaborate with internal Tech teams and external vendors to ensure timely, fit-for-purpose delivery. Align on scope, requirements, and resourcing across in-house builds and outsourced components.
  • Success Metrics & KPI Tracking — Define and monitor KPIs (usage, adoption, awareness, recruitment uplift, performance scalability). Track progress, flag issues, and report results to senior leadership and counterparts.
  • Change & Readiness Orchestration — Partner with the change team to drive go-to-market readiness by aligning content, training, and change management plans. Coordinate rollout planning across clusters, including launch waves, agent/leader onboarding, and communications.
  • Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement — Own the structured feedback loop, including field testing, product reviews, and prioritization with the Product Owner and Tech teams. Ensure user sentiment is captured and addressed throughout the programme lifecycle.
Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or equivalent field is required. 8-12 years' experience in large-scale digital programmes is necessary. Proven experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes across tech, analytics, and distribution is also essential.

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership, coordination, facilitation, and operational follow-through are crucial for this role. Excellent communication skills, resilience under ambiguity, and collaborative mindset are also important.
