We are seeking an experienced and driven Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at DESHIN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled business development professional to take ownership of driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the architectural metal work market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, business development, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To generate profitable sales opportunities across various sectors including curtain walling, stainless steel, aluminium, cladding, glass wall, and glass railing.
  • To identify and evaluate new business prospects, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market diversification initiatives.
  • To develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.
  • To set clear performance objectives and regularly assess team performance to ensure alignment with company targets.
  • To guarantee compliance with company policies and legal requirements for all contracts.
  • To monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress toward revenue and growth targets.
  • To create regular reports and provide insightful recommendations to senior management.
  • To represent the company professionally and enhance our brand image through attendance at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • To engage with clients to showcase the company's efficiency, technical expertise, and method statements to secure projects.

What We Offer:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally as required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
