Risk Governance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Professional to join our team as a Risk Governance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our Risk Management Framework and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:- Risk Identification, Assessment, and Management:
- Develop and maintain a robust risk management framework, identifying and mitigating risks that could impact our operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting of identified risks.
- Perform grant and donor due diligence assessments and provide input on second-line control activities.
- Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, charity regulations, Anti Money Laundering & Terrorist Financing regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Document key compliance policies and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management and compliance.
- Proven track record of formulating and implementing risk and compliance management practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders and non-profit organizations is an advantage.
