Job Description

We're seeking an Associate to source and analyse investment opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. This involves structuring and executing the acquisition of assets, conducting financial modelling to assess acquisition decisions, and presenting financial analysis to key stakeholders.

The role also requires coordinating legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with external advisers/ consultants. Additionally, you'll prepare investment papers, presentations and other materials as required, and monitor market news, trends and prepare regular sector research.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field from a reputable university
  • 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent, detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
