Key Investment Role

This is a crucial position that supports the investment team in overseeing the entire investment process, from evaluating potential investment opportunities to transaction management and closing deals with various stakeholders. This contributes to delivering maximum risk-adjusted returns for the business.

  • Structuring and executing the acquisition of data centre assets in Asia Pacific and Europe
  • Conducting financial modeling to assess/support acquisitions and presenting analysis to key stakeholders
  • Conducting and coordinating legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with advisors/consultants
  • Preparing investment papers, presentations and other materials as required
  • Reviewing transaction documents

Responsibilities Continue:

  • Preparing regular sector research to stay updated on trends and market news/information including reviewing and analyzing financial, market information and analyst reports from sources such as Tier One Research, Bloomberg, Data Center Dynamics etc.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly reports outlining performance by property and portfolio levels for internal management/trustee
  • Assisting in preparation of annual reports and other publications including circulars and offer information statement
  • Consolidating and analyzing data at individual property and portfolio level for periodic and ad hoc result announcements/investor meetings

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Degree in Business, Real Estate Management or equivalent from a reputable university
  • Prior experience in investment management/asset management. Candidates with data centre design and operations will have an added advantage
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Good report writing, verbal, financial modeling and presentation skills
  • Independent and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Team player
