Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' needs, adopting a multi-disciplinary approach.
  2. Conduct regular reviews and reassessments of care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Plan and conduct purposeful activities for clients at the senior care centre.
  4. Document all inputs in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • To be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore as a Full Registrant.
  • A valid BCLS certification.
