EPC Lawyer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EPC-qualified lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal services business, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating project contracts, including EPC turnkey contracts, split contracts, and O&M contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 5+ years PQE.
• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating project contracts, including EPC turnkey contracts, split contracts, and O&M contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and experience negotiating complex contract terms.
• Experience supporting a variety of renewable energy projects, such as wind and solar.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with cross-border experience.
• Commercially minded, with experience working in commercial functions and understanding commercial processes and associated data flows and impacts.
• Available to start immediately.
• Currently based in Singapore.
