Administrative Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the team in a professional and effective manner.
- Oversee calendars, schedules, and appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and coordinate travel logistics and accommodations.
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision.
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone inquiries.
- Maintain and refresh office documents, records, and filing systems.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Oversee office supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Execute various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage confidential information with care.
