Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the team in a professional and effective manner.
  • Oversee calendars, schedules, and appointments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize and coordinate travel logistics and accommodations.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone inquiries.
  • Maintain and refresh office documents, records, and filing systems.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Oversee office supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Execute various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with care.
