Manufacturing Line Supervisor Opportunity

A challenging and rewarding role as Manufacturing Line Supervisor is available in a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, maintain discipline and uphold high standards of cleanliness within the production area. Participate actively in health and safety programs, DWB, BBS, H&S meetings.
  • Effectively allocate resources across the production line, ensuring compliance with departmental and company regulations. Skilled in calculating headcount, overtime, and output requirements.
  • Implement production activities in alignment with the production schedule, closely monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
  • Supervise and train team members according to Work Instructions to guarantee proper execution of tasks.
  • Identify and communicate process issues promptly, ensuring consistent product quality.
  • Manage material flow within the production line by organizing materials at designated stations, labeling clearly, and maintaining accurate tracking.
  • Guarantee all operations are performed according to current and approved instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and effective records, databases, and documentation within the production line.
  • Recommend and implement Kaizen initiatives to enhance production line efficiency and performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance of equipment, fixtures, and jigs to maximize utilization and operational reliability.
  • Complete additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisors.
  • Ensure proper execution of line clearance procedures in accordance with established guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Nitec in Engineering, GCE 'N' level or equivalent.
  • Two years of relevant work experience in assembly line production.
  • Ability to perform night shifts.
