About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced welder to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality TIG welding operations on aircraft engine components.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Refurbish aircraft engine components using TIG welding techniques.
  • Support cell operations by performing benching, blasting, brazing, blending, polishing, and cold working processes.
  • Potential to be trained on operating new automation machines.
  • Attend EH&S training programs and take personal responsibility for ensuring safety adherence.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement programs and CORE activities.

Requirements:
  1. GCE O Level or NITEC in Precision, Aerospace, Mechanical or relevant disciplines.
  2. 3 years of relevant experience in TIG welding.
  3. Comfortable learning new welding methodologies.
  4. Able to understand and follow technical drawings and standard operation procedures (SOP).
  5. Meticulous with attention to detail and adopts a hands-on approach.
  6. Willing to work on rotating shifts (day and night) and overtime as needed.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with airworthiness and regulatory agency requirements.
  • Relevant aerospace, manufacturing, or precision engineering experience.
  • Attended external training with welding certification.
