At our organization, we are committed to driving innovation in the field of agricultural commodity trading. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our dynamic team as a Product Specialist for our DT&A Platform.

This role will require the individual to support user on-boarding, prepare and analyze reporting for key product KPIs, drive adoption and retention, and deliver expert product guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commodity trading, AI, and data science, with a genuine passion for staying abreast of the latest trends in the industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating effective on-boarding for new users, delivering hands-on training sessions and user guides, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They will also be required to work closely with cross-functional teams to support feature planning, testing, and roll-out activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Engagement and Support:
    • Act as the key point of contact to coordinate and engage key Trading Copilot users, deliver hands-on assistance, and address queries in a timely manner.
  • Adoption, Retention, and Reporting:
    • Drive users' adoption and retention initiatives, to ensure that both new and existing users realize the full potential value of LDC Trading Copilot's features and capabilities.
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
    • Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to support feature planning, testing, and roll-out activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experiences in agribusiness/commodity/feed/food/etc industry.
  • Experience in agricultural commodity trading/freight/logistics/similar markets is highly preferred.
  • Genuine interest in commodity trading industry.
  • Passionate about staying abreast of the latest trends in AI, data science, and industry innovations.
  • Strong background in user on-boarding, user facing, product specialist (Digital/Technology), business analyst, or client services.
  • Proven experience in driving user adoption, delivering training, and/or providing expert support for complex digital tools/platforms.
  • Experience in modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms.
  • Ability to manage users' feedback and summarize users' feedback into key/actionable insights.
  • Ability to analyze trends, data, and numbers to draw meaningful conclusions and write comprehensive reports.
