Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced site supervisor to oversee the installation and maintenance of cooling towers and other air conditioning equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in supervising teams.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of cooling towers and other air conditioning equipment.
  • Supervise a team of installers and ensure they adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project engineers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Develop and implement training programs for site staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in mechanical engineering and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of cooling tower systems, heat exchangers, and pumps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
