Job Title

A strategic innovation manager will be responsible for building synergy and collaboration within the organization.

The role involves leading the development and execution of an innovation roadmap/framework, synthesizing new and existing knowledge management platforms and tools to develop practical solutions for delivering better care models.

  • To co-lead the development and execution of an innovation roadmap/framework with directors in the area of workforce transformation.
  • To promote a culture of innovation by creating thought leadership opportunities and focused partnerships.
  • To catalyze value-based outcomes and exchange of knowledge at professional co-learning platforms.
  • To lead the development and curation of community enabling and patient education programs, training curriculum, and learning and assessment tools.
  • To provide a conducive environment where healthcare professionals and social care professionals can co-learn and co-design new healthcare innovations with users of the healthcare system.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess a degree in business, communications, social sciences, behavioral science, psychology, or social anthropology.

At least five years of community engagement and/or research experience, preferably in the healthcare and/or social service sector, is required.

Candidates must demonstrate critical and strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to influence behaviors to achieve measurable outcomes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.
