Job Title: Domestic Recruitment Professional

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven individual to lead our domestic recruitment operations. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the maid agency industry, be able to use basic computer applications and familiar with MOM rules and procedures for FDWs. They should also possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as team leadership experience.

About the Role:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment of domestic helpers (sourcing, screening, selection, and placement).
  • Liaise with overseas training centers, agents, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and agency procedures.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates.
  • Match suitable helpers to client requirements and follow through on placements.
  • Manage a small recruitment team and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve placement issues professionally.
  • Perform administrative duties related to maid agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Managing a small recruitment team and driving results.
  • Staying up-to-date with MOM regulations and industry best practices.
