The Gym Service Crew is an integral part of our gym's daily operations. This role demands a balance of hands-on involvement on the gym floor and operational awareness behind the scenes.

  • Key Responsibilities:">
  • Frontline Operations – Participate as part of the on-duty team, including handling cashiering, check-in processes, safety protocols, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.">
  • Customer Experience Management – Monitor service quality and lead by example in maintaining a positive, inclusive, and safe environment.">
  • Facilities & Logistics Support – Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and safety of climbing areas, gear, and amenities, and assist with logistics for programs or events.">
  • Administrative Support – Provide general administrative assistance that supports overall gym operations.">

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse groups.">
  • Strong spoken and written English communication.">
  • Comfortable performing basic administrative tasks and utilizing digital systems.">
  • Calm and responsive in managing safety and emergency situations.">
  • Able to commit to a 5-day work week, including weekends and Public Holidays, based on shift schedules.">
  • Experience in climbing or the sports/leisure industry is advantageous; SNCS Level 1 or 2 certification preferred.">
