As a senior manager of partnerships and growth, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales strategies that align with our organization's goals.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development and Sales professional with a proven track record of success in closing large, complex deals. Your expertise in GTM strategy and execution in early-stage startups or similar environments will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through direct B2B sales and partnership development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive B2B sales and go-to-market strategy
- Develop and execute multi-channel selling strategies to expand clientele and exceed sales targets
- Negotiate and close deals while managing relationships with customers
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to open new sales channels or enhance product distribution
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and partnership with proven success in closing large, complex deals
- Experience in GTM strategy and execution in early-stage startups or similar environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
