About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Field Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our data centers, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, and driving innovation in our mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform design and equipment submittal review for new data centers in your region.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site/equipment failures, conducting root cause analysis and creating corrective action documentation.
  • Support operational issues with ad-hoc training, complex operating procedure reviews, and event support.
  • Own the design for existing data center upgrades and design solutions, ensuring capacity, availability, and efficiency.
  • Interface with internal teams to promote standards and consistency in services delivered.
  • Work on concurrent projects, sometimes in multiple geographical regions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ cumulative years of experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission-critical facilities, including data centers, power generation, and oil/gas facilities.
  • Organized and able to set priorities and meet deadlines and budget.
  • Possess leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using web-based and other software tools for calculation and data processing.
