This is a leadership role that drives the development of digital sales and marketing automation solutions for iconic brands. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce and a strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

The successful candidate will design, implement, and configure technology and creative business solutions to meet client needs. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in a relevant technology or business discipline, along with 3 years' experience in consulting and/or CRM implementation. You should also have functional or techno-functional expertise in one or more of the following areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, Java/J2EE, and AMPScript.

In addition to technical skills, you will need to be a natural team player who enjoys working with others to solve problems and share knowledge. You should also be willing to push the technical limits and find the best solution for the business and our customers.

About This Role
  • Design, implement, and configure technology and creative business solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Contribute to RFP responses and other sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant technology or business discipline.
  • 3 years' experience in consulting and/or CRM implementation.
  • Functional or techno-functional expertise in one or more of the following areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, Java/J2EE, and AMPScript.
  • Natural team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
