Transformative Educator and Curriculum Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Transformative Educator and Curriculum Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to design and deliver engaging lesson plans, create assessments, and evaluate student progress.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans based on our curriculum framework.
  • Create assessments and evaluate student progress through classwork, homework, and tests.
  • Facilitate hybrid lessons, combining in-classroom instruction with concurrent online sessions.
  • Establish clear learning objectives and communicate effectively with students.
  • Develop innovative teaching methods to create an immersive learning experience.
  • Promote curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Diploma or 'A' level qualification for primary positions.
  • Bachelor's degree required for secondary positions.
  • Demonstrate ability to commit to weekend work.
  • Familiarity with Singapore MOE syllabus is essential.
  • Possess a pleasant and friendly personality.
  • Show passion for teaching and inspiring children.
  • Relevant teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in technology, including iPad, Zoom, and Learning Management System.
