Key Responsibilities
  • Install, validate, commission, and maintain electrical equipment (AC UPS, DC UPS, batteries, switchgear, and BMS)
  • Train customers on the safe operation and maintenance of their equipment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve technical documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of service information in the company database
  • Resolve field service issues efficiently and communicate effectively with customers
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • ITE or Diploma/Degree in Engineering (E&E/Electrical Power) is required
  • AutoCAD (electrical drawing) and programming skills are an advantage
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for on-the-job training
