About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Caregiver to join our team. As a key member of our residential care unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

  • This includes conducting regular checks on residents' lockers to remove any contraband items that may be harmful to them.
  • You will record any forms of behavioral or non-compliance issues, and take necessary action to address them.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular checks on residents' lockers to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Record and report any incidents or concerns related to resident behavior or non-compliance.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of N level qualification, preferably with experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with seniors.
  • Ability to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
