Job Title: Ward Service Executive

 

  • Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. They should be proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising and managing a team of ward service associates, ensuring smooth ward operations and upholding service standards, coordinating WSA deployment and daily task execution, overseeing stock levels and supplies for the ward, supporting patient meal and nutrition service processes, working closely with ward supervisors and nursing staff, and leading service improvement initiatives and projects.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, good leadership and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, be proactive, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be service-oriented with attention to detail.
