Operations Management Executive:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Executive to lead our projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed within budget and meet the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement project schedules, procurement processes, cost management, and contractual fulfilment.
  • Lead and coordinate with team engineers and coordinators to ensure effective communication and execution of tasks.
  • Supervise testing and commissioning of necessary systems and structures.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, independence, commitment, and conflict resolution abilities.
