Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring the availability and stability of our core banking systems.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ownership of product-related problems reported by clients
  • Accountability for end-to-end resolution of incidents and issues
  • Ability to handle EOD batches and be on standby until delivery is complete
  • Capacity to work in different shifts, including night on-call and ad-hoc weekend support
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering)
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking or financial sector
  • Detailed knowledge of Avaloq Core Platform
  • Strong understanding of SQL and scripting languages
  • Experience with production batch management tools (e.g. Control-M, Autosys)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
