  • Coordinate daily inspections of OCH managed spaces/rooms to ensure a safe and secure environment.

  • Prepare work requisitions and purchase orders for maintenance and improvement works.
  • Plan and prepare advisories for residents on scheduled maintenance and unscheduled works.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and oversee renovations and projects within OCH facilities.
  • Oversee service delivery and ensure compliance with contractual obligations by vendors.
