Job Profile Summary:

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals to define strategies and business propositions that drive enterprise business growth. As a key member of the Enterprise Business, Strategy & Proposition team, you will report to the Head of Strategy and Proposition and work closely with stakeholders to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business planning reports for sales tracking, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as campaign and review analysis.
  • Contribute to additional strategy team projects, including audits, business continuity planning, risk reviews, technical projects, and presentations.
Proposition Development:
  • Provide sales and marketing support to the Enterprise Business Solutions division across various channels to drive EB and EB2life sales through engaging value propositions and customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies for EB across all touchpoints, including field consultants, HR, and insured members.
  • Create a suite of assets and marketing tools to aid field consultants and business development managers in engaging with prospects for new business and renewals.
  • Develop and review presentations, both internal and external, to ensure quality and consistency, including tender proposals and pitches.
  • Maintain engaging and differentiated value propositions with compelling health and wellness offerings under WorkPLAYce, including planning, scheduling, and execution of WorkPLAYce events for agency and direct clients.
  • Evaluate existing and onboard new partners/vendors under WorkPLAYce offerings.
  • Create more touchpoints to drive lead generation for EB2Life opportunities and conversions.
  • Work closely with other teams to drive user adoption and customer experience, including operations, TPAs, PRUworks, and others.
  • Establish thought leadership across various media and platforms to build brand awareness for EB.
Requirements:
  • Strong command of English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva.
  • Ability to develop various modes of communication in an engaging and impactful manner, with understanding of branding, aesthetics, and messaging for different target audiences.
  • Customer experience-oriented with basic understanding and appreciation of UX/UI.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team player.
  • Able to work well with stakeholders across various departments.
Working Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Group Insurance and/or Third Party Administrator companies.
  • Marketing and communications experience.
Education:
  • Degree/Diploma in Business or related fields of study.
Language:
  • English.
