As the primary point of contact, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and leading a team of supervisors and service staff to ensure maximum utilization of manpower allocated.
- Supervising food and operational safety, maintaining a comfortable environment for customers.
- Ensuring customers' needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service.
- Driving operational efficiencies by providing operational leadership in support of the organization's service culture.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Sound leadership qualities and ability to manage service staff.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
