Expert Payroll Professional Wanted

This position involves performing the entire payroll cycle using a SAP system. A hybrid work arrangement is in place.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing are required.
- The contract duration is 6 months, with an immediate start.
- Basic salary up to $4,500 per month is offered in Raffles Place.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll for new hires, leavers, and employee changes. Prepare off-cycle payments, including tax and terminations. Conduct monthly reconciliation of payroll accounts. Assist in documenting and reviewing payroll procedures. Ensure adherence to payroll governance and perform 4-eye checks. Support the payroll manager and team as needed. Respond to employee payroll queries with excellent service. Apply strong knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation. Manage monthly/year-end tax and tax clearance processes. Participate in country/regional payroll alignment initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years in payroll or finance are required. Good knowledge of SAP Payroll or similar systems is necessary. Workday experience is beneficial. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail are required. Ability to work independently with confidential information is necessary. Proficiency in Word and Excel is required. Experience processing Singapore payroll in-house and income tax is advantageous.
