AI Implementation Manager

This is a key role for leading AI adoption across various clients.

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive AI implementation roadmap aligned with the agency's strategic goals and client needs.
  2. Identify opportunities for AI to improve efficiency, personalisation, targeting, operational workflows, and performance measurement.
  3. Research, evaluate, and recommend AI tools, platforms, and technologies that can be integrated into marketing workflows and internal central team workflows.
  4. Lead end-to-end AI implementation projects from conceptualisation and pilot programs to full-scale deployment.
  5. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders ensuring successful delivery.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Client management - working closely with clients to understand their requirements and how our AI solutions can work best for them.
  2. Process optimisation - identifying and redesigning existing processes to incorporate AI.
  3. Vendor management - managing relationships with external AI technology providers.
  4. Performance monitoring - establishing metrics and monitoring the performance of implemented AI solutions.
  5. Risk management - ensuring AI implementations comply with data privacy regulations, ethical guidelines, and agency standards for responsible AI use.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in consulting or technology focusing on AI and technology implementation.
  • Strong understanding of advertising, marketing and the creative industry.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies including NLP, computer vision, machine learning.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
