Senior Process Development Engineer, Photolithography
Job Summary:Seeking a highly motivated Senior Process Development Engineer to develop and optimize photolithography processes for advanced memory technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize lithography processes to meet yield and quality requirements.
- Quantify benefits of innovative process solutions to enable early experimentation and adoption.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate and troubleshoot processes.
- Collaborate with peers on technology adaptation and cost optimization.
- Identify disruptive processes and work to identify viable path forward.
- Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or related field.
- Strong research and development aptitude and ability to create production-worthy technologies.
- Ability to develop and maintain relations with multi-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
- Highly motivated and adaptable to demanding, dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
- Opportunity to travel for collaborative R&D work.
