As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and user-friendly design solutions for a cutting-edge futures trading platform. Your role will involve leading the entire design process from concept to launch, working closely with product managers and developers to create seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop clear and actionable user flows that balance trader speed with regulated safeguards.
  • Design an intuitive onboarding process that educates, builds trust, and accelerates users from registration to their first successful trade.
  • Create dashboards, order tickets, market views, and risk management interfaces that empower quick, confident decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in fintech or high-data environments.
  • Proven ability to ship products from early concept to live launch.
  • Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Understanding of futures or derivatives trading workflows is a plus.
