Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors, as well as external vendors. You will evaluate and monitor project progress to ensure it stays within the timeline. Your duties will include selecting materials, bathroom fittings, kitchen appliances, and other related items. You will also be involved in arranging and preparing minutes for monthly project meetings and submitting monthly progress reports to management. Additionally, you will keep your superiors updated on feedback regarding complaints and important communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and external vendors.
  • Evaluate and monitor project progress.
  • Select materials, bathroom fittings, kitchen appliances, and other related items.
  • Arrange and prepare minutes for monthly project meetings.
  • Submit monthly progress reports to management.
  • Keep superiors updated on feedback regarding complaints and important communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of government authority processes.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to perform a wide range of duties.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge in interior design; sketch-up, adobe apps are an advantage.
